Disconnect the connector.

Remove the A/F sensor (A).
|
|
|

Remove the exhaust chamber cover (A).
|
|
|

Remove the EGR pipe (A).
|
|
|
|

Raise the vehicle on a lift, and make sure it is securely supported.

Remove the splash shield (A).
|

|
Remove the engine undercover (A).
|
|
|

|
|

|
Disconnect the connector.
|
|
2.
|
Remove secondary HO2S (A).
|
|
|

|
|
1.
|
Remove the catalytic converter (A).
|
|
2.
|
Remove the catalytic converter cover (B).
|
|

|

|
|

|
Install the catalytic converter cover (A).
|
|
2.
|
Install the catalytic converter (B) with new gaskets (C).
|
|
|

|
|

|
Install secondary HO2S (A).
|
|
2.
|
Connect the connector.
|
|
|

|
|

|
Install the engine undercover (A).
|
|
|
1.
|
Install the splash shield (A).
|
