If A/C compressor failure is diagnosed, always use this inspection to check the extent of contamination in the A/C system. |
2. |
Remove the discharge hose (A) from the A/C compressor. Then, swab inside the discharge hose and A/C compressor discharge port with a cotton swab. |

Remove the suction hose (D) from the A/C compressor. Then, swab inside the suction hose and A/C compressor suction port with a cotton swab. |

4. |
Remove the receiver line (B) from the A/C condenser outlet. Then, swab inside the receiver line and A/C condenser outlet with a cotton swab. |

|
5. |
Remove the A/C lines (C) from the expansion valve. Then, swab inside the expansion valve and the A/C lines with a cotton swab |

6. |
Remove the discharge hose (A) from the A/C condenser inlet. Then, swab inside the discharge hose and A/C condenser inlet with a cotton swab. |
